1.Use Germany Siemens SIMOTION D 435 leading motion control system,control three different hardware platforms:Drive platform;The controller platform;The PC platform.Make each platform logic function,sports,technology,realize synchronization,faster,more complex movement,can control max.32 axle count,more precise modular machine.Its mose prominent features;synchronizatin function using direct communication and easy diagnosis.

2.Use front and back feeder
Center positioning,motor drive,using the most advanced servo push-pull institution,the encoder measuring,servo closed-loop control;feed roller adopts polyrethane,normal use 0-180m/min,fastest feeding speed 240m/min.Front feeder is push material,and back feeder pull material effect,two feeder can be synchronized action,to ensure that tail coil remaining material within the shortest.Can improve the accuracy of cutting,speed and reduce demand of material.

3.Feeding motor/punching motor and shears motor use linkage control
Shear mode adopts Siemens servo motor drive,two O punch and V notch can be horizontal and longitudinal motion by Siemens servo motor and realize high speed cutting in motion;the whole machine adopts total 17 servo motor control,realize 18 axes linkage control by German Siemens system.

4.Two O punch can realize cutting function within a certain range,two O punch and V punching shear at the same time, greatly improving the efficiency of the cut piece.

5.The key parts adopt ductile casting,through conditioning processing,eliminating stress after using pentahedron machining center processing forming at a time.Greatly improve the stability and durability of the equipment.

6.Using bridge type automatic laminated function.Similar to Germany Georg.

7.No pit feeding buffer technology
This technology using high precision ultrasonic non-contact synchronous diameter checking technology,multipointmaterial detection,feedforward synchronous feeding algorithm ect technology,ensures the high-speed and stable operation of the production line.The popularization and application of the technology can save a lot of cost.

8.The electric servo cutting technology
Electric servo drive shear is refers to through the servo motor and servo control system,conbined with the corresponding mechanical device,drive in the production line complete controllable punch and shears.The technology greatly solve the noise pollution of pneumatic drive shear,hydraulic drive,and system maintenance complicated defects;achieve the incomparable efficiency of pneumatic shearing;combined with bus control technology,controllable and maintainability of system are improved greatly.Compared with the pneumatic shear efficiency is greatly increased,the shear cycle shortened to 160milliseconds,punch reduce to 210 milliseconds,shears up to 190 milliseconds.
