Product Description

PVC edge banding extrusion machine line: CE certificated, with our own PVC edge bands production center running for 8 years, welcome to visit our PVC edge banding factory in qingdao!

Our factory can offer two types of PVC edge banding production line:

(1) by single screw extruder, from PVC compound granules, to produce standard sizes of PVC edge bands, output is 50-60kg/h max;

(2) by twin screw extruder, from PVC powder with additives to produce PVC sheet first, then by slitting machine cut into standard sizes of PVC edge bands, output can be 180kgh or 350kg/h

Surface finish for PVC edge banding to get wood grain texture with high glossy:

(1) embossing
(2) three or two color printing
