Product Description

Cut-to-length line

Application: The line is suitable for tinplate decoiling, leveling and cutting. It is an important device in making iron tank and cover which can save material waste and production cost.

Construction: It consists of hydraulic decoiler, charge hoist, decoiling rack, leveler, feeding rack, scroll cutter, output conveyor, four stacker, hydraulic lifting platform, roll gang, hydraulic components and electric control cabinet.

Feature:
1. High speed decoiler with cantilever support, adopting ground recoiling to save the heavy labor of excavating a pit.
2. Precise gauge, good cutting quality and high production efficiency.
3. No need for material pit, save foundation cost.
4. Scroll cutter adopting hydraulic die clamper and changing die by side, which can raise working efficiency.
5. Stacker adopting output mechanism like lamination, greatly accelerate linear velocity and increase the capacity.




